Expired Licence - but I have paid

I have just logged back onto my PC having been on holiday - my AVG Internet Security is showing as expired but I have the email confirming the subscription renewal. I have logged on my account but the status is still expired. How do I get this back working please.

Yes, you have recently renewed the AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) and it is valid till 2020.8.16.

We have to manually activate the program after each renewal.

Have you activated the program yet?

We have sent you the activation steps through email. Please check for the email and activate the program
