Hello Digger. Please follow the article to add the url in exception list: http://avgread.me/18WB2dg. Please use this link to report the issue: http://www.avg.com/us-en/page-rating-report. Please feel free to contact us if you are facing any issue. Thank you.
When I follow the instructions about adding an exception, AVG does not seem to want to take a URL in the file/folder box … and URL is not a choice on the dropdown. Gives message about "fileneame, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect". It also says "Go online to learn more about this issues". When I click on that, it takes me to:
Download Free Antivirus Software for PC | AVG Virus Protection (http://free.avg.com/ww.app-issue?err=-536805301&act=1&A=RzYgTD00VVdXVS1XQkRYQy1WWUZOMy1RREpNSC00MkFPQS1LIEk9NzctMjM0ODc2Nzg2MyBMTkc9dXMgVj0yMDE1MDYwODYgT1NWPTYuMS43NjAxIE9TPVdWN1hYNjQgU1NQPTEuMCBNSUQ9MzQzYTQ4MzFmMGE2NDdkMGE3MDdkMTU1NjM3MGY3NDctYjhjODQ4ODgxN2JiZmNiZDc3MDRmMTkxYzE3NWEyMWYxNmJkMmFiNSBCRT0yMTE5ODk3MiBBST0tMSBQUlRZUEU9OTAgTFQ9MSBVSUQ9IEFJRD0gQUNDSUQ9MCBTSUQ9ZGVmXzE1c3UxMTVpc3RyaWFs) and a screen that says "AVG website is undergoing planned maintenance. Our site is currently experiencing technical difficulties." But this message comes across several days and different hours. Something is broken.
How do I put in a URL as an exception to avoid scanning?

I get message from AVG when I go to this site: necommunitycenter.org about this threat being detected. AVG says "threat removed", sometimes the page displays and sometimes not. Other entries about this threat has response to tell the people who own the site (I have), and also suggest to just ignore the error "because it won't cause any trouble". I can't ignore the error because usually the page does not display. Is there a way to tell AVG to ignore this error from this site? If it won't cause any trouble, why does AVG consider it a "high severity" and say that "necommunitycenter.org is safe for browsing" with not reports of viruses? Other computers with other antivirus programs don't give this error for this site.
Hello Digger. Once you open the Exception window you could find the Exception Type, please select URL as your exception type and enter the website URL you need to add to the Exception list. Thank you
