I just got the AVG product and as I was going thru it I noticed a page that let you perform alot of other tasks like 28 different things covering defrag and a bunch of other tasks…now I can't remember how to get to it again…please help someone!!

You need to initiate maintenance scan on AVG Tuneup product. Do you have AVG PC Tuneup icon on your desktop screen? If so, open it and run maintenance scan (first component).
Else, go to Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall -> check if AVG PC Tuneup is listed there.
