We would request you to repair the AVG Free Anti virus program by following the instructions below and check if scan works fine. Here are the instructions:
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
2. Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select AVG Protection in the list of programs.
4. Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
5. Select Repair.
Please update the status of AVG Scan after repairing it.

Haven't used AVG for a while but decided to give it another try after a disastrous Norton experience. But I'm finding much less control options which I suppose I can live with but my real challenge is that while a FULL SCAN previously took 2-3 hours overnight now has been running for 7 HOURS and can't seem to get past 9 PERCENT! There is nothing different in my computer or storage. Is this common to the new ZEN setup or is there possibly some other problem?
