Please let us know the operating system of the device in which you're experiencing the issue & how you access facebook. Is it an app or through browser?
Also, let us know whether you're experiencing issues while playing online games via Facebook.

I use Opera as my primary browser. Since installing AVG, I've noticed that SOMETIMES Facebook works well, but usually, the page just refuses to load. I don't understand why. Any suggestions?
