We're here to help. You have an active AVG Ultimate (2 years subscription) and we assume you need help with installing this product. AVG Ultimate is combination of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. We have to download these two products separately when installing on a XP PC.

Once the installation is completed, click this link for steps to activate it.
To install AVG TuneUp - Unlimited, open AVG Internet Security, click on My AVG and click 'Install now' under AVG PC TuneUp.
On XP AVG Installation kept shutting down. removed avg with tool tried to reinstall and get this error: 0xc00700c1 underlying connection has been terminated
any ideas?
