Please run the AVG 2016 remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/us-en/download to reinstall your AVG program. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance.
I cannot install AVG Protection on my ASUS Zenbook, error code OxC0070643, which tells me to remove the program using AVG Remover. Using AVG Remover leaves AVG Zen impoosible to remove. What to do?

I have done so twice without success! The AVG Zen is not poosible to remove, the Remove-botton in the AVG Removal window does not work!
