Failure interne conection

Initially, we need to check if AVG firewall is blocking the network connectivity.
To do so : Open AVG Internet Security - Hacker attacks - Enhanced firewall - Disable it by clicking on the toggle bar & check.
If it allows you to connect to internet, please change the network profile either to private or public & let us know the outcome.
To do so : Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Full protection - Enhanced firewall - Locate the network to which your computer is connected - change it either to private or public.

I am affraid it continues failing, after try your request, the problem is not fixed. I have to unable the whole antivirus to stay connected. I dont know what try next. I am quite dissapointed on it, because I feel doesn't have any sense to pay for an antivirus if I have to disable it to be connected on internet. 
Please I need a deep solution on this problem. 

After an update of antivirus internet security, my computer is not able to acces properly to internet. After many restars and tries, I have disable the anitvirus. I would like to know how to solve this inconvenient, because if I have to disable my antivirus to acces to the internet, doesn't have any sense to pay for it.

Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Full protection - Enhanced firewall. Then enable 'Internet connection sharing mode' and check if the internet connection issue is resolved.
