I just received an email today from the exact same address saying how to keep your browser from being hijacked. Totally looked like it was from AVG same logo etc. Leads you to download avg antivirus free which I did but fortunately thought twice before actually letting it install then deleted the downloaded file and scanned for malware etc. Is this legit email from AVG? I bought complete package so is there an avg antivirus free software I don't have? I'm confused.
Hi there. I have just received an email (from news@emails.avg.com) which purports to give information about how to safely navigate the dark web. This seems a little unusual to me: does anyone have any information on whether this message is legit or not?
