I have free AVG and it won’t stop blocking my site. I have reported it and it goes away and comes back again. There is a link to a $1 cost for service and there is no such service at that link. No-one answers my previous posts. How do I get the AVG system I belong to from attacking my website and accusing it of false threats?
I am having the same frustrating issue with AVG. My site keeps getting blocked for what appears to be a false threat detection. I have already reported it and the warning temporarily disappears, only to come back again later.
What makes this more frustrating is that the warning references a $1 service link, but there is no such service available at that URL. I have also tried asking for help through previous posts, but unfortunately haven’t received a response.
I am simply trying to understand how I can get AVG to properly review and whitelist my website instead of repeatedly flagging it as a threat when there doesn’t appear to be anything malicious there.
Has anyone dealt with this before or can someone from AVG explain what needs to be done to get the false detection permanently removed?
