False positive AVG antivirus?

Hello, today when I opened minecraft AVG flagged a file called “desktop.ini” and “DESKTOP.INI” which was weird because my minecraft was unmodded and was clean. I ran a scan with AVG and it detected again and quarantined it again once more. I ran scans with malwarebytes, eset and hitmanpro but AVG took it out of all of them and quarantined it again. Is this a reoccuring malware or is it part of the windows system and is a false positive? None of the other scanners have found anything and I checked virustotal with the file and it was a clean file virustotal said. I sent it to AVG labs for analysis but I still want to check here, does anyone knowledgeable about this topic have an input? It was in filepath C:$RECYCLE.BIN\S-1-5-21-(my user id)\desktop.ini and was blocked 17 times. It appears to have stopped with the latest virus definitions but I still want to be sure. The virustotal link for analysis (I defanged it I don’t know if I can post links here): https://www(.)virustotal(.)com/gui/file/e1b9ce9b57957b1a0607a72a057d6b7a9b34ea60f3f8aa8f38a3af979bd23066

Thank you.
