Upon checking our records, we're unable to find any false positive request under your account. You might have used a different email address to submit that request.
If not, please visit this link to submit a false positive request. Once you submit a request a group of analysts will review the site & whitelist it, if it goes through clean notes of AVG.

Hello,
Our users are getting random warnings from AVG antivirus for our application. It's being blocked for some of the users. I've send a report already but didn't get any answer from our support team.
Here's what we tried already:
* replace the installer and use more standard one
* sign the installer and every binary file
* report false positive
It is fine for some of users, and blocked for others.
