I've already filed a report on the false positive form. How long before that is looked at and takes effect?
I reviewed the guidelines. We have fallen afoul of none of them, even the inapplicable ones. This makes it seem even more that we were maliciously blocked by AVG. Can you explain how our URL came to be on the blacklist?
