Hi,

I have received a notice from one of our customers that your AVAST antivirus is blocking our app url domain:

app.shippingratescalculator.com

It is our app that has been running for years on Shopify, and now your antivirus has detected our domain app a false positive, URL:Phishing, which is completely false. We can provide you with all the data you need to verify it, as for example the security certificate:

My question is:

Why does AVG detect our app as a phishing?

What the criteria does AVG have to classify an app that was working without problems more than 5 years as a phishing?

What you are going to do to remove this false positive or what we have to do to change this behavior?

Because this situation is causing us serious economic damage since the Shopify stores that install our app cannot see it because their antivirus is blocking it, and the people who visit those stores cannot access our app for the same reason.

So please, I ask anyone related to AVAST to correct this situation ASAP or inform us of the criteria you use to modify the behavior of the app if it is necesary.

Thank you but I already did, and still no answer.
As I said this situation still causing us serious economic damage. It is not a trivial mistake.

So please, fix it or tell me what can our company developers team do.
