False virus detect with my installation file

Hello:

I am a developer. I serve two installation files through my web. Authenticated users download these files, when they try to install them your antivirus recognizes them as a virus and become bloqued.
Do you have any enterprise whitelist where my files can be added to avoid this situation?
Which is the procedure?
