Family Sharing is not working

Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We understand that you are unable to use family shring option for your AVG Ultimate subscription. We'll certainly check and help you out.
The Family Sharing feature in your AVG Account allows you to share your AVG subscriptions with up to 5 other people.

Family Sharing option is currently only available for the following subscriptions and devices:
AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device): Family Sharing is available on Windows only.
AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device): Family Sharing is available on Windows only.
We plan to allow Family Sharing for more AVG subscriptions in the future.

AVG Ultimate subscription cannot be used via family sharing option. If you want to activate the subscription in another device, you can activate using activation code or by signing into your AVG account on that device.

I am wondering if anyone knows why my AVG Ultimate is not sharing with family members?
The invitation/link goes through but then but keeps asking them for payment. 

On my end, I see I have 7 devices left to share but under family sharing it says I have no devices. This is a 10 device family sharing account. Confused…
