I consider this matter to be "Closed". I am puzzled by how AVG user interface got changed for awhile and did not work the way to which I was accustomed, but now the user interface is 100% working for me. But even though it's a puzzle, it isn't a very important one, and I think we can all just forget about it.

I can't find the button, which was only recently alive and well (offered by AVG) to give a place to enter text, which AVG called "Offer Input" or "User Input" or something worded like that. Did that get relocated?

Another complaint: I was eager to use AVG "Help", which is offered when I click the Menu button. I can't believe the panel which AVG displays, which they call "Help". I think this window is inadequate and useless. I had the intention, which I didn't get, from AVG help, with how to invoke a Deep Scan of Computer.

I see that you mentioned about a place to enter the text, we are uncertain about this. Are you referring the options 'Login' and 'Enter your activation code'?
While navigating through the help menu (open AVG > Menu > Help), I am locate the information to perform scans.
Could you confirm the version of AVG to proceed further?
