Can I please have an update on this problem.
Thanks, Gary
Hello Gary,
We appreciate your patience.
Upon analysis, we found that the file is related to a cloud service - "OneDrive."
If the file is on a cloud and not on the PC, AVG scan skips the file.
If you would like to get it scanned, the file has to be downloaded on the PC.
Feel free to contact us if you need further help.
Was asked in another post to upload an image of the report. Here it is.
You are welcome, Gary.
OneDrive is by default installed on Windows 10. That's why we mentioned that cloud service. However, the error message could be related to another cloud location (i.e. Dropbox, etc.). Unfortunately, determining what and where this file is located should be done from your end and once the file is located, you can delete it which will eliminate that error reference.
I have started to get this message, on 5 files, from overnight scheduled scan.
First part of paths are all the same
C:\Users\Gary\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache<br>How to stop this?

Thanks for that info.
How do I stop these errors from appearing in the log? … they never used to & I don't use "OneDrive".
Can I please have an update on this problem.

Yes, I updated to this version on the 10th April.
It fixed the problem of the missing text in the scan log file where it wasn't showing date & times of the scans.
But this problem "file is offline - it is currently not available. (42006)", still exists.
Thanks Ranjani.
Deleted the 5 files & ran a scan test, and error messages now do not appear. All Good
We appreciate your efforts, Gary. Thank you for updating the status.
Have a great day!
