I took the option to protect a file but now I can't access it. Keeps telling me there was a problem while sending the command to the programme.
Does anyone know how I can unprotect/access my file

We know it is disappointing when you are not able to access the file which is protected by AVG.
Could you please send the scree shot of the error you are receiving and name of the AVG program you have installed in your computer?
