File Shield cannot be enabled

On my AVG AntiVirus Ultimate Android dashboard it says "RESOLVE ISSUE" on the big red button, I click on it to resolve the issue:
"Found 1 risk"
"File Shield disabled"

I have two options:
"IGNORE" or "ENABLE"
​​​​​Clicking on "ENABLE" does nothing and the issue persists…can I please have some help?
