I appreciate your efforts, William.

I suggest you follow the steps mentioned in 'Upload an archive to the AVG FTP server for support analysis'.

Once uploaded, we will check the file from our end and forward it to our concern team for whitelisting.

Hi,

When attempting to upload our install software for whitelisting, the max allowed is 50 mb.  How can we upload something larger?  I've read through the forums and previous replies to this are out dated (links, process, etc.).  Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Thank you.

You have successfully uploaded the file in our servers and I have escalated it to the concern team regarding your whitelisting request.

One of our colleagues from the concern team will contact you via email.

Thank you for the quick reply.  As part of the instructions for uploading, it says I first need to join the Whitelisting program and provide a link.  It implies that a link and credentials will be sent from there. That process, however, will not complete unless I also upload the file which is too big (thus my origianl problem).  Please let me know if I'm missing something here.
