Finish screen after a scan

I'd recommend reinstalling AVG http://avgclick.me/howtoreinstallAVG in this case.

My avg scans used to pop up a window (report) when the scan was done. It does bring up the window but it is blank like it did not complete. I renewed my avg as it was due and hoped it would take care of the problem. It did not. What's up ? Other computers I have this works just fine.
