Firefox flash problem not fixed by tuneup

Hello Monique. I kindly request you to uninstall the current plugin for the Flashplayer from the Firefox browser and reinstall the latest plugins of the flashplayer

I have tried everything on Mozilla support. Disabeling protect mode makes everything a lot worse, hardware acceleration makes no difference at all.

There is TuneUp and TrendMicro on the computer

The unresponsive script seems pretty at random to me.

I have numerous crashes on my firefox with flash and Shockwave flash also I constantly have a message saying if this script needs to stopped. I have tried to update the system (windows, firefox, flash player, etc.) even reinstalled flash, firefox, etc. and tried to follow any other suggestion I could find online. I have a win7 pro HP notebook, 64 bit, . I would expect TuneUp to find the problem and fix it and I have tried a few things. However the problem remains. I'd be happy to hear any suggestions from the community and I would love to have a TuneUp version that could find this problem and fixes it. Thanks. M.

Hello Kishore, I have done this numerous times - it didn't help. I have even downloaded the uninstall program for flash and reinstalled it afterwards.

Hello Monique. Could you please let me know if there is any other anti spyware programs installed on your computer? Are you receiving the unresponsive script when you access a specific webpage or is it a random error? I would request you to have a look at this Mozilla support article http://mzl.la/1enof4D if it helps. Thank you.
