Since attempting to install avg pc tune up [and eradicating the previous version] all sorts of error messages blocked the download process. Worst still I have completely lost any access to my Firefox browser…just will not load.No anti virus protection product should involve this much drama, I have been using avg for some years now and always have problems downloading it. Help!
