Firefox is not loading pages when AVG is on

Hi, so i found out what components are causing problem, i cannot load some pages when "Web Shield" and "Shield against phishing pages?"(im not sure whats english name of this one) are on. When i turn them off its ok.

We realize this must be upsetting. Let us work together and get this sorted.
We would like to know the version of AVG internet Security installed on your PC.
To check that, open AVG Internet Security interface. Click on "Menu–>About".
Try disabling each component of the program and check which one is behind this.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components".
Use On/Off slider to disable the components.
Keep us informed about the status.

Hi re-installation does not helped, issue is still there.

Could you let me know the version of AVG Protection installed on your computer, to check this open AVG Protection > Menu/option > about.
I also request you to share a screenshot of the AVG Protection user interface to proceed further.
You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Please uninstall and reinstall both this components on your computer, see if that fix the issue.

Thank you for sharing us the screenshot.

We request you to uncheck "Enable HTTPS Scanning" in Web shield component from AVG user interface to check with the issue.

Please follow the below steps to uncheck "Enable HTTPS Scanning" option in AVG Internet Security:

AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components > Web Shield > Customize > Main Settings >  uncheck "Enable HTTPS Scanning"

then check with the issue and let us know the status of it.

sorry does not helped. Still have issue with loading pages or part of them
Funny thing is that i wasn't able to open the link with this thread from your email :smiley: unitl i switch off AVG protection.
