Open your AVG Internet Security -> Hacker attacks -> Enhanced Firewall -> Firewall options

When I open up the main control panel, I see there is no longer a Firewall access Icon and absolutely nothing any of the settings option for the Firewall rules settings.

Need to get to blocked rules to unblock a accidentally block outgoing packets.address. it preventing a program from running.

Your current help files only refer to older builds of AVG Internet Security. They need to be updates to the latest version urgently.
