Thanks for responding to my concern.  
I used AVG network inspector and found the name/network on my pc.  I marked it untrusted.  This person hooked me up to their wifi because I didn't have any internet access at my apartment.  I now have the internet and wanted to ensure that they cannot access my pc/internet.  I have ethernet connection and no wifi.  I have disabled my wifi and usually use AVG/VPN.  I don't know how to make a screen shot. I just want to eliminate their access to my pc/internet.

Firstly, please let us know how you found out that an unknow person has access to your network.
Did you use the AVG Network Inspector to scan your network for any vulnerabilites?
Also, if you could share us a screenshot of the window displaying the unknown network access, it'd be most helpful.

I currently have AVG antivirus coverage.  I have found that I have a person that have network access.  I have marked her as untrusted (on the firewall access).  How do I remove her network from accessing my pc?
