Firewall AVG Ultimate version 17

Hi Akash Chanda,
Is there any news considering the problem?
It's more then 2 weeks ago and I didn't get any answer.
At this moment I have to disable the firewall before I can work with Oracle Apex.
It doesn't feel secure.

I reinstalled AVG Ultimate version 17.
After this I've got problems connect to 127.0.0.1:8080(Oracle/APEX) environment.
After disable firewall completely I can make the connection.
Can you give me instruction how to setup the firewall?
