The problem still existed after following your instructions to disable the AVG firewall. With the AVG firewall disabled I was then able the change the Windows Firewall settings and the prompt to accept the outlook.exe was no longer required. After re-activating the AVG firewall a reboot resulted in verifying the changes took effect and full activation of the AVG Firewall. As you know the AVG Firewall is suppose to over right the Windows File Wall. Apparently the AVG application does not completely over right the Windows firewall?
Thank you for your support and response to this last question.
