I have just installed a new version of MongoDb ( version 4.0 ) and after that port 27017 is blocked with the errormessage:
Error: couldn't connect to server 127.0.0.1:27017, connection attempt failed: NetworkTimeout: Error connecting to 127.0.0.1:27017 :: caused by :: Socket operation timed out :

When I turn of the firewall, mongoDb is working.
I have checked that the port 27017 is opened in the firewall application, and I also choose that the firewall should ask before blocking, but the databaseaccess is blocked without asking.
I will not take the risk to open the firewall, so until I do not get an solution, I will not be able to work on the database.
