Just to double check, this can be in AVG Internet Security 2017?

Further to this is the blocking off programs/applications achieved by setting an allow/block rule for the specific program or by having the firewall in an interactive mode?

I'm currently using AVG Internet Security 2016.

I want to know if AVG Internet Security 2017 has the the functionality within it's Firewall capability to block internet access to specific applications?
