I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in this case. I request you to please completely uninstall your AVG Internet Security using AVG remover tool and reinstall it.
To uninstall please follow the below steps:
1. Please click on the link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download the AVG Remover tool.
2.Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3.Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.

Hi Guys
I installed the AVG internet security 2015 solution, all modules are working fine except firewall, I already tried to restore defaults settings and I followed the article "Firewall is inactive, not working or in error state" but still is down.
Can you help me please?
