Firewall on basic protection free version

Hello Peeter,

I understand the inconvenience.
One of the reason might be Firewall but AVG antivirus free doesn't have Firewall component.
Hence, we have to disable entire AVG Antivirus program to check whether it is causing the issue in accessing website.
Open AVG Antivirus free interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting".
Click on "Passive Mode" and slide the cursor to turn off protection temporarily.
Keep us informed about the status.

Hi, does anyone knows why after i've installed the AVG on my windows XP i can't open my website anymore? i searched it online and it says that it's the firewall settings. However, i can't seems to find the firewall settings on my AVG app? can someone please help?
