I am sorry to hear this. Please follow below instructions and check if your scanner works fine:
Open AVG -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the network profiles from Public to Private and click OK to save changes.
Then Open AVG -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize ->Profiles->System Rules->Enable the 'Allow windows file and printer sharing' and also enable the 'Allow remote desktop connections to this computer'. Then click OK to save changes.

I'm running AVG Free version 17.4.3014 on a Windows 10 PC. Recently (I believe after an AVG update), my PC is no longer able to connect to my SONOS system, and neither can my scanner see my PC. If I turn off AVG's firewall then things work fine. Is there a way to fine-tune the firewall so that it will allow traffic to/from SONOS and my scanner? Thanks.
