Firewall Setting. Allowing server to access filesystem of another computer

I am having problems setting up the firewall to allow a server connect to a local file system. The server does not have AVG the local machine does

If I disable the firewall on the local machine I am able to connect ok. so it is definitely an issue with the firewall on the local machine

I am using AVG ultimate 2017
