Hi, I run the AVG Internet Security suite including the firewall. When Outlook tries to sync a gmail account I get an error code message that reads… "Task: Synchronizing subscribed folders for [account name]. reported error (0x800CCC0E); Outlook cannot synchronise subscribed folders for [account name]. Error: cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP)". I believe the cause is the AVG Firewall because if I turn it off then the error doesn't appear. I've looked in the Firewall settings and can't find anywhere to tell it to allow the sync to happen (an Exception?). Any ideas, Thx.
