hi, i have bought the protection pro but i cannot activate the firewall. When i try to activate it, it asks me to buy the full version of the internet security, like if i was using a free version.
other than that, everything seems right.
any idea?

- Close and reopen the AVG program.
7. Click Connect in the right top part of the Zen window.
8. Click Create a new Zen Network or Connect to an existing Zen Network.
9. Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Connect.
10. AVG Zen will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.

Hello Lucas,
We regret for the inconvenience. Please try to reactivate the AVG Zen program using the instructions provided below and check whether it resolves the issue.
1. Click on your email id on the right top corner of the AVG Zen program.
2. You could find the option to logout as admin, please click on it.
3. Once done you will be logged out as admin.
4. Now you could find Connected button in place of your email id.
5. Please click on it and select 'Leave this network'.
