Firewall won't allow Firefox even with an application rule

Hi Tom,

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Please refer this article and change the network profile to private as mentioned under "Define network profiles".
Open AVG Internet Security program window.
Click on "Menu->Settings->Full Protection->Enhanced Firewall".
Select the box that says "Internet connection sharing mode" and then close the window.
Check the status with Firefox once this has been done.
Thank you.

This morning, I tried to start up Firefox and it wouldn't connect. I've been running AVG Internet Security (now on 20.4.3125) for over a year and had an application rule that allowed it to work. This morning though I can't connect without disabling the firewall. I've rebooted my system many times, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and went into my settings to ensure I still have an application rule for Firefox but it still won't connect through the firewall.

This is very frustrating. Please help. Thank-you.
