First run of Tuneup killed Windows Live Mail

In an attempt to check and fix my laptop, I purchased AVG Tuneup and ran it.   It suggested putting some programs to sleep to speed the computer.  so I did.   Now I can not open Windows Live Mail.

I gave up and did a system restore to yesterday to undo the AVG changes.   I have mail back.
I don't really want to try the Tuneup again.

Let's work together to fix it. Have you enabled Windows Live mail from sleep mode? Let us know if you have perform undo changes using AVG Tuneup and still facing this issue.
