I'm trying to view Amazon Prime on my pc, but the Amazon Prime Video programme keeps telling me "Your device is connected to the Internet using a VPN or proxy service. Please disable it and try again." I can't find help on their help page. Can anyone help? I've turned off my AVG VPN but Amazon still won't give me access. Thanks.
