I didn't even get the scan finished, it got to 11% and that it is where it has stayed for over 3 hours

I ran the 1 day free trial AVG PC Tune Up- 2015 and immediately after re-start several key file Folders would not open - either to drop down "open" command or double click? How do I fix this - or how do I completely uninstall all 'fixes' the application may have made.

There are no messages, error or password requests following the attempt to open them

Hello Bill. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I request you to restart the system and the try to retrieve date from PC Tune up or else please use Task manager to close all the programs running and then try to rescue the files from AVG PC Tune up. Thank you.
