Thank you for providing screenshot. In this case, I request you to repair AVG Protection (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG), update (open AVG Internet Security/AVG Free Antivirus > menu > settings > update) it one more time and reboot your computer once. After reboot, please check if your AVG program is working fine. If the issue still persists, please let me know if you're using AVG Free Antivirus or AVG Internet Security.

After pressing yes (or no), nothing happens and the window open up again. Identity Protection doesnt work. If I trust the Internet ( not really a trustfull source ) it could be a trojan(er?) virus. Do I need to fully delete this file ?
