Forget password, cannot uninstall the AVG anti virus

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will help you to remove AVG Anti-virus without asking for password. Kindly restart the PC in safe mode. Then, try to run AVG Clear tool. You will not get prompt to enter password. 
You can remove AVG Anti-virus from safe mode. 

If you are unable to remove in safemode, please do let us know. Thank you.

I have a Windows 10 Home edition PC installed AVG,. AVG originally installed in Winodws7 and the system was upgraded to Windows 10.
After upgrading, the AVG antivirus already expired. I tried to uninstall the software. it asks the password. which I do not have it.  So
I download AVGclear.exe and run it according to the instruction in a post.
If I select NO, it supposed to let mw uninstall it. However, when I select NO, the AVGclear closed.
If I select Yes, it ask me to enter password. 

Please help!!! Thank you!!!
