To unlock your device using Mobilation website, your device must be connected with active device data or Wi-Fi connection.
In case you have disabled Wi-Fi or data connection on your phone. You can enable them by changing the SIM card again and swiping down from the top of the screen immediately after the device starts, but before the lock screen is shown. This will open the quick access menu on your phone where you can enable your connections.

I inserted a new sim card and the AVG anti-theft was activated and I unfortunately forgot my password. I have been watching clips on how to unlock it but they don't seem to help since the device doesn't give me the "I forgot password" option.
I therefore ask of you to resend me my password on the email address I had registered on

If it does not help, please follow the steps below:
1. Visit our AVG Mobilation website: http://www.avgmobilation.com/anti-theft.
2. Login with the AVG My account which you registered with the Anti-theft service.
3. Please select the proper device from the select device drop-down menu.
You can see Security PIN, Unlock, Lock tabs. You can use any one of these to unlock your device.
