Formal Notice DAY4 - UK NUMBER NOT WORKING, NO REFUND RECIEVED

Formal Notice to AVG that UK contact number provided DOES NOT WORK. (Day 4)

I am yet to receive my refund that AVG said they have processed after 15 business days!

AVG customer service rep has acknowledged the issue regarding the telephone number via email and said they have passed this on to tech support.

I will update the community DAILY until I receive my funds and the contact number is changed on site.

I am unable to update my credit card details for auto renewal and unable to find either a UK telephone number or a customer support email. I keep going around a loop that always finishes back at the FAQ pages. Can anybody give me a valid UK customer support contact? John
