FYI - This link is being used to scam AVG customers. I came across it trying to find instructions on how to delete payment information from my AVG account (why is it so hard and onerous)?

The so called AVG billing department wanted me to provide them access to my laptop so that they could delete my banking information.
I should have known better than clicking on the link, but I am so very frustrated by AVG’s policy and procedure to delete my banking information. Unless it is made easier to do so, I will not be renewing my subscription - I have been using AVG for years and now think it is time to move on.
