Anybody else that had fraudulent transactions from this company? They have been charging me for renewals since 2011 on a credit card that didn't even exist at the time they say I placed the order. I didn't notice until now as I actually had a legit contract with them and thought that I was paying for that one. Instead I was paying twice and they refuse to take responsibility.
Please stop those platitudes already. I am fed up receiving your templates and the whole matter will now be forwarded to Citizen Advice Consumer Rights and after that to Action Fraud. You have been renewing an order that could not possibly have been placed in the first place.
