When I got an email to renew my AVG Performance which I have paid for by Direct Debit I didnt click "show images" so didnt see the download icon. After several reminders that AVG had expired I downloaded free AVG. Excuse - I have been really busy! Now I have seen the Download icon but have an error message when I try to install AVG Performance, so what should I do? And how?
