Free gift 3 months subscription not adding to my new sub

Hi admins,I renewed my Internet Security subscription under the 3-months-free promotion. The system created a separate subscription slot for the gift instead of adding the 3 months to my main active subscription line. Please merge them so my actual expiration date is extended .Thank you.
