In may i tried the Free trial for Tune Up and a day after that canceled it, because i didn’t wanna pay for a year. Today i became an email, that the Trial ended and i need to pay for a Year. One minute after i got the mail, they funded my Paypal with 74,99 eur, but i cancelled the Trial. Now every time i try to get support, the page whitened and i cant get a hold of the support to fix this issue… Pls help. Fyi: My Account says, i have 2 Abonements which has to be also false, i never needed 2 abos!!!
